Shipping Costs

Shipping included in national orders over 200 euros. National shipping costs: Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla -> 6 euros Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Gibraltar, Greeve, The Bailiwick of Guernsey, Ireland, Italy, Isle of Jersey, Isle of Man, Azores Islands, Falkland Islands, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican) -> 18 euros Shipments We process orders from Monday to Thursday. If you place an order on Thursday after 6pm CEST we Will start processing it next Monday. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or during Spanish holidays. All orders are sent from Spain as a registered letter with Correos España. It takes between 5-7 days for Europe. Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied when you receive your order, write us an e-mail to hola@leelawei.com indicating the order number, e-mail and specify if you want to make an exchange or return. As these are handmade products, we ask you to bear in mind that it may present small imperfections and that no two pieces are exactly alike. We have a return period of 15 business days from the moment of receipt of your order (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Retail Trade Regulation modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19). The returned garments must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The return shipping amount fro producto Exchange or return is paid by the customer. We recommend sending it by certified mail. Once the return is approved, you Will receive the amount of the money in the same way in which you completed your purchase. Returns or exchanges are not accepted in accessories and neither in garments or products on request or with a discount. The company reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were sent.
